Holiday Programme fees will be issued with and payable as per invoice. All bookings are final and are invoiced no credits or refunds are given. Failure to comply will result in additional late fees.
No payment is required for public holidays (closed on public holidays).
No credits or refunds if absent or sick.
Complaints Procedure
It is Kilkenny Kids' intention to deliver the best service and customer satisfaction within the standards and guidelines of our service provision.
Please notify us if there is something that you would like to discuss or bring to our attention. This can be done verbally or in written form.
Kilkenny Kids is a private business that hires the hall please come straight to management with any concerns and not to the school office.
Kilkenny Kids provides the Point View School community with before and after-school care and a great Holiday Programme; which is exciting, safe, and fun!
